The implementation of this service aggregated content from all publicly available mastodon instances into a centralized view of the trending content over the last 24 hours.

Concerns have been raised that the intention of mastodon users is not to broadcast content outside their followers or server timeline. Respecting this idea I have shutdown this service.

The endpoints I used to extract content from mastodon servers are still available and there is nothing to prevent a bad actor from building a service like this in the future. They will not shut it down on request.

I have created an issue on mastodon to request they further lock down anonymous content access. If this is important to you please upvote this issue.
